Susan Keaney, PMP , President
Susan L Keaney, currently President of TRIAD Management Consulting, LLC, has over 30 years of program/project management experience, including the executive oversight and governance of large, complex engineering and IT programs/projects; conducting project assessments and project rescues, developing and maintaining integrated management control systems that comply with government (DOE, DOD and NASA) and commercial requirements; negotiating and managing prime contracts and subcontracts associated with government contracts (including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs), DOE Acquisition regulations (DEAR, DOE Orders, and Federal Government codes and standards); developing and implementing project and departmental performance metrics, including earned value; strategic planning and analysis; and ensuring the integration of projects, strategies and operational initiatives for enhanced performance.
In addition to aforementioned experience, she has extensive financial, business and strategic planning, risk assessment, quality assurance/control and reporting experience and has used this experience to coach, mentor and advise program/project managers and companies on how to develop and implement policies, procedures and related project management tools as well as to create and implement Project Management Offices for large, complex engineering and IT organizations. Ms. Keaney has a BA in Psychology from Wittenberg University, an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and is PMP certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI.) She is a member of the PMI, President of the Pittsburgh PMI chapter, and is a senior faculty member in Project Management for the American Management Association.
