Speaker Bio: Our guest speaker has been an employee of BNY Mellon for 10 years. Stephanie currently works as a part of the Customer Profitability Engine (CPE) Project Management team for the Finance Department within BNY Mellon. She is currently earning both a Master’s of Science in Information Systems Management and Project Management at Robert Morris University. She is also a member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of PMI.

She currently serves as the District 13 Governor for the Toastmasters International (www.toastmasters.org) organization, a non-profit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of meeting locations. It consists of 86 districts with more than 13,000 clubs and over 270,000 members in 116 countries around the world. As the District 13 Toastmaster (www.d13tm.com) leader, she is the district’s chief executive officer that directs the district in a way that fosters strong clubs, produces maximum growth in educational completions, clubs and membership and is consistent with the interests of the members of Toastmasters International. The Governor achieves the mission of the district in a manner that motivates volunteer leaders and promotes a standard of excellence in all district activities. She is responsible for 72 clubs within District 13 with over 1300 members primarily in the Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia areas as well as three counties in both Ohio and Maryland. Stephanie has also earned the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award, which is a synthesis of both the communication and leadership educational awards granted by the organization. It is the highest educational designation a Toastmaster can receive.
