As a consultant assigned to e-Profile, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, working on the Profile Anyware Banking software developed by Sanchez Computer Associates, working in the Implementations Department focused on Internet Banking (Projects included: 1stWeb, Lehman PCS, DeepGreen Bank and American Express):

·          Project Management . – Project Manager responsible for coordinating the QA and UAT testing and production implementation of multiple DeepGreen Bank upgrade projects.

·          Training and Mentoring. – Present various levels of training to e-Profile employees involved with PCS and provide individualized on the job mentoring to more experienced employees and consultants.

·          Production support and Trouble Shooting. – On Site trouble shooter for Profile Anyware and PFW (Profile For Windows) in Cleveland, Ohio for DeepGreen Bank.

·          Performing Analysis, Setup and Testing of products. – Identification of requirements from Customer Environment Analysis to setting up and testing various deposit and loan products for multiple internet banks.

·          Testing and Production Implementation Planning of new Releases and Pre-Releases. - Responsible for Writing test scripts, end to end testing, client acceptance testing and Production implementation Planning of Releases and multiple Pre-Releases for multiple banks.

·          Responsible for Setup and Testing of External Interfaces. – Setup and end to end testing of external interfaces including MPS, DELUXE, FHLB, DOCUCORP and Lehman Banks “Preferred Client System” giving feedback to programming staff and coordinating updates and changes as required.

As a consultant assigned to State Street Bank, Boston, Massachusetts, USA, working on the Hogan IDS team with involvement in their Retained Assets system software upgrade to IDS release 2.0, and was assigned to the following tasks:

·          Writing Technical Design Specifications. – Identification and detailing of Technical Design Specifications for customized processing that required retrofitting into the new release of Hogan IDS processing.

·          Programming and Testing. - Programming and testing of changes required to the new release of the IDS software in order to retain and enhance existing customized processing contained in the previous release of software. This included unit testing and system testing responsibilities.

·          OPC/ESA Scheduler changes. - Responsible for setting up the new schedule for the IDS release 2.0 batch processing using OPC/ESA Scheduler, this included TDA and DDA batch processing jobs.

·          Implementation and Production support. - Assisted with planning and execution of production implementation procedure, and performed primary on site batch support for the production environment after implementation.

Consultant

As Consultant assigned to Advance Bank, Adelaide, Australia working on the Hogan IDS team with involvement in both TDA and DDA applications, and was assigned to the following projects:

·          Production support – Problem identification and resolution involving Interest Accrual issues. Redesign of customer statements and notification letters to conform to Consumer Credit Code of Australia. Maintenance of interest processing for accounts with interest calculated on a Minimum Monthly Balance to be calculated on a Daily Balance.

·          System Conversion Advance Bank to BankSA Hogan Deposits – Mapping, Design, Development and Testing of conversion process from Non-Hogan Advance Bank Deposit System account base to BankSA Hogan Deposit System. Involved the re-streaming of the BankSA system from seven streams to fourteen streams, and the automation of JCL generated by TSO Panels, CLISTS and Skels to be Stream, Company and Environment specific

·          New Loan Setoff interfaces to Hogan Deposits – Project Leader responsible for Analysis, Design Development and Testing of a new interface from a non-Hogan System into Hogan Deposits. This included new Reformatters for IDS 3210 transactions effecting an unscheduled interest payment, and automated Sub-Product Code change to occur during daily sequential processing, resulting in a daily benefit file being produced for the Loan system.

·          New Loan Auto-Payment interfaces to Hogan Deposits – Project Leader responsible for Analysis, Testing and Implementation of new interface from a non-Hogan, St Gorge Bank, Loan system to the BankSA, Hogan Deposits system. This interface allows automatic monthly loan repayments to be processed during day CICS via an ODS Pseudo Input Terminal batch process.

·          Interfaces between Hogan Deposits and automated Credit Scoring System – Involved in initial analysis and design, whereby a non-Hogan Credit Scoring System interrogates Hogan CIS information via PAS when performing a credit rating on a customer.

As Consultant assigned to Sumitomo Bank, San Francisco, California worked with the Hogan IDS team on both TDA and DDA applications, and was assigned to the following projects:

·          Branch Merger project - Analysis, Design and Development involved in removal of customized coding using a branch number embedded in the account number to allow for branches to be merged without the issue of new account numbers to customers.

·          General Ledger Revision project - Analysis, Design Development and Testing involved in the implementation of a new chart of General Ledger Accounts, including new Reformatters for IDS.

·          New Integration Test Region - Responsible for Analysis, Design and Implementation of new CICS Integration Test Region, including the setting up of the Batch jobs and Schedules.

·          Development Region Cleanup - Responsible for clean-up and removal of old unused coding within the Development Environment causing inconsistencies between Production and Development Environments resulting from discontinued or once off projects.

·          Multi Tier Pricing Project - Analysis, Design and Development of new service charge routines allowing system flexibility when calculating service charges and processing fees.

Began data processing career with Bankorp Data January 1990. Earned promotions over the years through Analyst Programmer and Project Leader to Training Consultant.

As Analyst Programmer and Project Leader:

·          Responsible for the analysis, design, development and testing of new projects being implemented on the Hogan IDS system. The maintenance of this system and the implementation of New Releases therein. Involvement as a key member in Systems Conversions on this System. These projects included detailed involvement on various sub-systems such as SPS, GLI, CWS, Restraints, and CIS, as well as the development and maintenance of PCD’s.

·          Also responsible for the systems design, data base design, development and maintenance on the ABSA Notice Deposits System, written in COBOL II, using DB2 and IMS/DB.

As Training Consultant:

·          Responsible for the Internal training of new staff members of ABSA Bank in Cobol Programming Skills, DB2 Programming skills, Systems Analysis techniques, Systems Design, Data Base Design and Project Management.
